Having concluded an unbroken,10-year lease renewal earlier this year with Ambipar Response Limited, Rotherhill has now successfully completed on the sale of this 16,558 sq ft industrial investment at Park Springs in Barnsley.
The unit, originally purchased from a fund with three outstanding rent reviews and an upcoming lease renewal, has been sold to UK Real Estate Investment Trust, Glenstone REIT Plc.
