Prior to establishing Rotherhill, Paul was Development Director at Wilson Bowden Developments where he was responsible for acquiring, funding and developing a large portfolio of distribution and business parks.
During his career Paul has been responsible for the acquisition and development of more than 1,000 acres of development land, 20 million sq ft of industrial space with a gross development value in excess of £3 billion.
Ed joined Rotherhill in October 2018 from Savills Birmingham Development team where he specialised in mixed-use development. Prior to Savills, he worked for Colliers in their Automotive and Roadside team within their alternative markets division. Ed has wide experience across a variety of asset classes including industrial, retail, automotive, student and build-to-rent/high-density residential.
Since joining Rotherhill, Ed has successfully sourced, acquired and delivered a diverse range of projects, both asset management and development-led.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor with thirteen years post qualification experience, Stuart has spent the last nine years as an industrial and logistics agent operating across the East Midlands, initially for Innes England in Derby and, more recently, seven years at CPP in Nottingham.
Stuart is responsible for identifying new development and investment opportunities within the industrial and logistics sector, as well as implementing asset management initiatives to deliver returns for investors.
