Prior to establishing Rotherhill, Paul was Development Director at Wilson Bowden Developments where he was responsible for acquiring, funding and developing a large portfolio of distribution and business parks.
During his career, Paul has been responsible for the acquisition and development of more than 1,000 acres of development land, and 20 million sq ft of industrial space with a gross development value of more than £3 billion.
Ed joined Rotherhill in October 2018 from Savills Birmingham Development team where he specialised in mixed-use development. Prior to Savills, he worked for Colliers in their Automotive and Roadside team within their alternative markets division. Ed has wide experience across a variety of asset classes including industrial, retail, automotive, student and build-to-rent/high-density residential.
Since joining Rotherhill, Ed has successfully sourced, acquired and delivered a diverse range of projects, both asset management and development-led.
