Wanted: Real Estate Analysts/Graduate Surveyors

We are looking for two ambitious graduates or undergraduates seeking an internship to join our growing team.

The roles provide a great opportunity to kick-start your property by gaining some hands-on, practical experience in development and asset management across both the residential and commercial sectors.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting in the identification of specific real estate uses and opportunities within residential and commercial sectors within the East Midlands region. The two specific sectors are residential and industrial.
  • Researching land ownership and carrying out due diligence for sites identified(this will be through a variety of channels and will include field-based work as well as computer and technological mapping such as Nimbus Maps).
  • Identifying suitable sites to create sales and lead opportunities for Development Managers and the Acquisition Team.

As part of the role, you’ll learn how to source land deals for a top private house building company who are one of our Joint Venture Partners (the Wilson Family). We run a number of Joint Ventures with the Wilson Family (formerly David Wilson Homes prior disposal to Barratts for circa £1bn.)

Their current house building business is Davidsons Ltd and they are a 5* builder producing approx. 600 homes a year, in addition to a thriving strategic land business.

Key qualities/attributes:

  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
  • Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Interest in planning and development.
