Welcome

Rotherhill  is a large, comfortable,  family country house set in the centre of the thriving downland village of Fittleworth. It stands surrounded by beautiful countryside within a large mature garden. It is a perfect and peaceful  place to stay at any season with wonderful walks all around and many attractions locally. In the summer you can have breakfast outside on the terrace and maybe a swim in our beautiful pool. In the winter the house is cosy with an Aga in the kitchen and log fires.

Fittleworth is a picturesque village, in the South Downs National Park. It is situated 10 minutes from both the  historic town of Arundel with its castle, antique shops and restaurants and Petworth with its magnificent National Trust House and Capability Brown designed deer Park.   Alternatively for  supper why not  try  the xiV century pub, The Swan , only two minutes walk away.
